Some items offered on this website are made-to-order, including prints and framed artworks. As these are produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For original artworks, limited edition prints, and other non-custom items, the following policy applies:

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it
• Unused and undamaged
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@traceofrevenge.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Made-to-order items (including prints and framed artworks), unless faulty
• Custom or personalised items
• Sale items
• Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it (if eligible), and place a new order once your return has been approved.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

However, this right does not apply to made-to-order or personalised items.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions outlined above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
